Basic Requirement
- Possess at least 2 years proven experience in the position.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Have means of transport to and from work.
- The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that all mise-en-plus prior to opening is done well and according to company standards and policy.
- Has to be customer-oriented, ability to cater to customers’ needs promptly and effectively and ensure exceptional customer experience and high guest satisfaction.
- Handles cash and other forms of payment and ensures that all end-of-day paperwork is compiled and balanced.
- Help with any other task related to the operation.
