Basic Requirement

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and designing the menu, ensuring a variety of dishes and considering dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Adjusting the menu seasonally, and incorporating trends or customer preferences.
  • Overseeing the preparation of food, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Creating recipes and following portion and presentation standards.
  • Handling cooking, baking, and various food preparation techniques.
  • Managing, training, and directing kitchen staff, including line cooks and sous chefs.
  • Delegating tasks to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
  • Maintaining a positive work environment in the kitchen.
