Basic Requirement
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Have means of transport to and from work.
- The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing and Record Keeping: Organize, maintain, and update files and records in an orderly manner.
- Data Entry: Enter and update data in computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Document Management: Prepare, copy, scan, and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Manage calendars and notify relevant parties.
- Customer Service: Assist in responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information to customers or clients.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Perform simple bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, managing petty cash, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
