2024013 – Assistant Clerk

Basic Requirement

  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Have means of transport to and from work.
  • The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Filing and Record Keeping: Organize, maintain, and update files and records in an orderly manner.
    • Data Entry: Enter and update data in computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
    • Document Management: Prepare, copy, scan, and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
    • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Manage calendars and notify relevant parties.
    • Customer Service: Assist in responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information to customers or clients.

    • Basic Bookkeeping: Perform simple bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, managing petty cash, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
