Basic Requirement
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Have means of transport to and from work.
- The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Preparing and cooking dishes
Ensuring food is prepared to highest standard
- Providing input on seasonal ingredients
- Managing inventory for their section
