- The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.

Operations: Manage the daily operations of the recruitment company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain high standards in recruitment processes, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance.
Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, ensuring the company meets financial targets.
Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to clients, addressing any issues promptly.
