Basic Requirement
- Possess at least 1 year proven experience in the position.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Have means of transport to and from work.
- The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Plan and present Bar menu
Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
