Basic Requirement

  • Possess at least 3 years proven experience in the position.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Have means of transport to and from work.
  • The ability to work flexible hours including split shifts, evenings, weekend, and holidays with the work week being based on 6 days.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan menus and daily specials
  • Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
  • Manage food costing and inventory.
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
  • Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.
  • Help with any other task related to the operation.
